Milk / Evaporated Milk

Tea / Coffee Extract
DIRECTIONS

Brew your tea dust or coffee powder in hot water.

Pour SPL Gula Apong Syrup into a glass. The amount is up to your sweetness preferences.

Scoop in ice cubes if you want to have it cold. Skip to have it hot.

Pour in milk / evaporated milk slowly into the glass to create the 2nd layer.

Pour in tea / coffee extract to create the 3rd layer.

Mix it well before consume.

CENDOL / ABC / ICE KACANG
INGREDIENTS

SPL Gula Apong Syrup (Original or Pandan)

1 teaspoon rose syrup
-
2 tablespoons coconut milk or evaporated milk
-
2 tablespoons canned red beans (in kernels)
-
2 tablespoons canned sweet corn (cream-style)

2 tablespoons grass jelly pieces
-
2 tablespoons cendol
-
Shaved / crushed ice
DIRECTIONS

Prepare the shaved ice by using a blender / ice shaver. Make sure the ice is finely shaved.

Put all the ingredients except the Gula Apong syrup, rose syrup and evaporated milk into a bowl.

Transfer the shaved ice into the bowl.

Pour in evaporated milk, drizzle rose syrup and top it with Gula Apong syrup for it's sweetness.

For something extra special, top it with vanilla ice cream and even durian.
GULA APONG BOBA MILK TEA
INGREDIENTS

SPL Gula Apong Syrup (Original)

SPL Gula Apong Paste
-
Dry boba pearl
-
Full cream milk
-
Ice cubes
DIRECTIONS

Boil dry boba pearl until cooked in plain boiling water.

Strain the boba from the water.
-
Cook the strained boba again with SPL Gula Apong Paste until the sugar well coated with the boba.

Scoop the boba into a glass.
-
Drizzle SPL Gula Apong Syrup at the side of the glass.

Fill the glass with ice cubes.
-
Pour in full cream milk until the top.

Mix well before consume.
